Refund policy

At this time we don't have the ability to accept any returns. Since each order is custom made we don't have an inventory of products to exchange. Therefore we don't accept any returns at this time. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can examine the issue and do our best to make it right. 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we are able to offer full refunds or request replacements from our manufacturing partners, free of charge. In this scenario, we require photos of the item with any relevant tags visible sent to us within 10 days of the item's arrival. Please contact boardwalktimes@yahoo.com and include your order number in the event this happens. 

Replacement Exchanges
As mentioned above, we can't accept returns and thus we don't offer exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with a particular product or made a mistake in ordering, please reach out to us as we still may be able to find a way to offer a solution.

Refunds

We will let you know if the refund was approved by our manufacturing partner or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
